Delivery Terms
We aim to dispatch all orders the following working day from when an order is placed and we will provide a shipping confirmation email once each order is dispatched.
Customers outside of the UK should note that LVBT is not responsible for any charges incurred by local customs agents - these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties. Shipping times may be materially impacted due to goods being held in customs by local agents.
Please note that while we endeavour to service to all countries, unfortunately it may not possible at this time to deliver to certain countries. If your order does fall into one of these restricted countries, then following the completion of an order we will contact you to notify you of this and fully refund you for such an order.
