Buy it, try it and fall in love…but we know that sometimes doesn’t quite work out.
If you haven’t fallen head over heels that’s ok, returns are FREE for all UK customers and you can return any item within 28 days of purchase.
The item(s) need to be returned with the LVBT tag still attached and un-tampered, with the returns form completed and in the product’s original packaging. Simply post your items with the enclosed returns label and with the pre-paid Royal Mail sticker included on the front of your parcel and you won’t have to pay for postage.
Once we receive your returned items in the conditions detailed above we will happily refund your order.
For non-UK customers unfortunately we cannot offer free returns, it is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase. The same process is to be completed as above and once we receive your returned items in, the conditions detailed above we will happily refund the purchase cost of your order.
A returns label will be included in your order; this can also be printed by clicking HERE in case for any reason it is missing. Please complete the returns form and make sure it is included before packing the item(s) and returning to the following address:

Please note that pre-paid UK returns are only available through Royal Mail and for added peace of mind we recommend you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit.
Once your item(s) have arrived back at LVBT HQ you will be notified and a prompt refund of the returned item(s) will be issued, as long as the conditions outlined above met. The credit or debit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price, this should take 3-5 working days to show on your account. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our team will contact you.
For hygiene reasons we cannot refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty.
